WealthAbility® collects the following personal information: your name, email address, phone number(s), mailing address, billing address, IP address, and cookie ID.

WealthAbility also collects data relating to your use of the Service, including your queries, frequently accessed matters, dates and times of access, browser type, and device you are using.

You directly provide WealthAbility with most of the data we collect. We collect data when you use our Service and contact or respond to us by telephone or email.

We also collect data about you indirectly from third-party service providers whom we utilize for operation of the Service.

WealthAbility takes the utmost care to ensure that the personal information we obtain from you is used only in ways you are aware of and are agreeable to.

WealthAbility collects your data so that you can use the Service and provide technical support.

If you use the Service through an agreement with an independent advisory firm, WealthAbility® will share your data with that firm.

The Service is for use only when physically located in the United States.
