This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made through the WealthAbility® Roadmap platform, including its websites, applications, content, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by WealthAbility, LLC (the "Company," "we," "us"). It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms retain the same meaning as set forth in the Terms.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your decision to purchase from us. If for any reason you wish to cancel any purchase, you may cancel the purchase within 5 calendar days of your initial purchase date and request a refund at that time. If you are in compliance with the Terms, we will refund your payment for the Product you canceled. After this 5-day period, we will not refund your payment.
This 5-day window applies only to your initial purchase of a Product. Recurring renewal charges are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee. If you no longer want a subscription, you may cancel it at any time to stop future renewal charges.
You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not trigger a refund.
After you cancel a subscription, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
A renewal charge is not eligible for a refund under the 5-day guarantee above. To avoid future renewal charges, cancel before your next billing date.
All refund requests must be made in writing to support@wealthability.com.
Send your request in writing to support@wealthability.com from the email address on your account, within 5 calendar days of your initial purchase, and include your order date or receipt. We aim to respond promptly, and we may ask questions to verify the purchase and your identity.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account. After we approve a refund, Stripe and your bank typically take several business days to post it.
A full refund of a one-time purchase ends the access that purchase granted, such as access to the refunded course, event, or tool.
If we issue a refund of a subscription charge, the subscription associated with that charge is canceled, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
No refunds are paid for complimentary Products, including access granted at no charge by us or by your advisory firm.
Some subscriptions include a free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the first subscription charge is billed automatically when the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial through the billing portal, the same way as any paid subscription.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. We can almost always resolve a billing problem faster than the chargeback process, which can take weeks and may freeze the amount in question. If a chargeback is opened on a purchase, we may suspend the access that purchase granted while the dispute is investigated.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Refund Policy at https://roadmap.wealthability.com/legal/refunds. The version of this Refund Policy in effect on the date a charge is made applies to that charge. For material changes, we may also notify you in the app or by email, and we may require you to re-accept the Terms before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
